Implementation Project Manager
Based in San Mateo, CA

General Job description:

Project manager for software implementation projects. Requires 2 to 5 years of experience as an implementation consultant for enterprise software. Candidate must be hard working, independent and has strong technical and personal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines is imperative.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage enterprise software implementation projects
  • Conduct needs analysis workshops and define software customization requirements
  • Communicate customer requirements to the product development team
  • Utilize communication, presentation, time management, organization and planning skills to implement company's products successfully and on schedule
  • Train the software's users
  • Prepare software documentations such as user manuals, training packages and operations instructions
  • Serve as a consultant, pre-sales support and post-sales technical support specialist when needed
  • Provide support to customers in the resolution of complex issues Act as the primary
  • Liaison between customers and Marketbee
  • Extensive Travel

Education and Skills:

  • B.A. or B.S. in Engineering or Science; M.S. or MBA preferred
  • 2 to 5 years of experience as an implementation consultant
  • Excellent writing, editing, communication, presentation, human relations and interpersonal skill
  • Work experience with MS Project

Professional Services & Operations Manager
Based in San Mateo, CA

General job description:

In this position, the individual will be responsible of developing our Implementation and training methodologies, and will be in charge on technical support, professional services and customer training. The candidate will be responsible for our training strategies and implementation methodologies and will be directly involved with client projects. They will be expected to interact with a client at many different levels including technical management, engineering and R&D Managers, professional Project Managers, Product Managers, Partner, and Integrators. They will support the sales process by participating in the development of services proposals and participating in Proof of Concepts and Pilot programs.
Additionally, they will contribute to the development of the practice knowledge base, lead and mentor other consulting team members to enhance their domain skills.

Education and Skills:

Independent self-starter, self-motivated works with limited direction and loosely defined criteria High profile in the Service's organization, must be comfortable presenting to senior management. Work requires flexible work hours, after-hours availability on occasion. Travel of 75+% should be expected. Extensive use of voice-mail and e-mail to communicate with others. Must have experience in coaching, training and motivating associates. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a track record of client management ability.

Sales Manager /Account Executive
Based in San Mateo, CA

General Job description:

Marketbee is looking for Sales Manager. This Sales Manager is responsible for direct sales of Marketbee products and services.
As a Sales Manager you will be directly responsible to identify, qualify, develop, negotiate and close new business, to achieve the assigned booking quota in each fiscal period.

This Sales Manager will be based out of our San Mateo, CA, corporate office.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Outside/Inside sales role with full responsibility for sales quota.
  • Manage the sales cycle, from prospecting, qualification, and account development to contract, negotiation, and close.
  • Build strong customer relationships on the phone and in person.
  • Deliver quality presentations and demonstration of Marketbee’s products.
  • Establish account presence and build trust with customers.
  • Build and prospect for pipeline growth


Qualifications and Requirements:
  • You should have at least 3 years of enterprise-level software sales experience and have sold recognizable, enterprise-level software, such as ERP, SCM, CRM, PDM, EPM or other similar categories.
  • Proven ability to sell software solutions (including software licenses, professional services, and support) in the range of six-figure deals.
  • Strategic account selling experience with ability to manage and coordinate sales process.
  • Proven ability to interact with high-level (CxO and VP-level) contacts as well as operational managers, IT and business users.
  • B.A. or B.S. degree required.
  • Excellent prior customer and employer references.
